Meeting was brought to order by Walt, WA6LII, at 2:10 pm at First Christian Church, 763 Passion Play Rd.  Eureka Springs, AR.

    Before the meeting we had a testing session and Billy Wagner passed his technician test.  Congratulation Billy.

    Old Business: 
    Minutes from the October meeting, somebody moved to accept as read on-line before coming to the meeting, somebody seconded, “I”s were unanimous, minutes were accepted.

    Treasurer’s report was not available, our parking lot duty on the 4^th of November gained the club $375.00.  We also added one new member to the club roster and collected $25.00. The usual utility bill were paid.  Next meeting we will have an updated treasurer’s report.

    New Business: 
    Christmas party will be on our regular meeting day, Saturday  November 8 at 2:00pm at the First Christian Church.   Mary Ellen Phelps and Reta Behrens are coordinating the potluck participation.  The club will donate the Turkey and Ham.

     Nominating committee.  Volunteers were requested for the committee and Rudy was the only volunteer.  If you can help, we normally have 3 please contact Rudy ASAP.

     The moving of our 440 antenna higher has not been accomplished.  The gentleman from Shell Knob was not contactable that was going to move the antenna.

    Meeting closed at 2:38pm as moved by Rudy and seconded by Gary.  Dinner or Supper was served.

     Lloyd brought his equipment for demonstration his new Flex but the Wi Fi was not allowing contact with his home unit so the demonstration had to be post pones until out club party. All attending were disappointed.
