Meeting was brought to order by Walt, WA6LII, at 2:11pm at First Christian Church, 763 Passion Play Rd.  Eureka Springs, AR.

    Minutes from the September meeting, Terry moved to accept as read, C. W. seconded, “I”s were unanimous, minutes were accepted.

    Treasurer’s report was not given so a report will be given next month.  Treasurer was in Florida and we forgot to contact her for the report.

    Old Business: 

    Parking lot signup sheet still has some vacancies. Signup sheet is attached to this email to all club members.  Please help the club out by taking a 3 hour slot and earning $5 per car parked in the Cornerstone Bank lots for our club.  Bring your HTs so we can have contact between the 2 lots.  November 4 is coming faster each day.  When you find  a time to volunteer please phone Walt, so we can plan properly.

    New Business: 

    We should have had enough members at the meeting to put together a nominating committee.  But we still need some sign ups.  The sheet is attached to the email.

    Our presentation by Lloyd had to be postponed due to a malfunction with the radio he was going to demonstrate.  It was fixed by the manufacturer and Lloyd is again “playing” with it.

    Meeting closed at 2:23pm and refreshments were served.

    Next Club meeting will be November 10
